Just a reminder that AT THIS VERY MOMENT, our Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser has begun. Don't miss out and come get yours before they sell out. $10 a meal and then free for those littles 5 and under. All proceeds go directly to your Middle School and will be funding the 8th grade trip and end of year activities. We thank you all for your support.

Bonus - dinner and a show as tonight our Terra Alta Youth Basketball teams will be taking on West. What could be better on a Friday night than a belly full of spaghetti and supporting your kids? A slip should've come home with your child this evening advertising upcoming "Book to Movie" Nights at Terra Alta. If you wish to participate with your child, please sign and return the slip nlt this Friday the 31st. This will give us time to get books and materials ordered to send home with you before the movie night. This is a fun opportunity for you to read with your child and then enjoy a family-friendly evening filled with a great movie and snacks. We hope to see you participate.

Preston County Schools will be dismissing two hours early today due to potential flooding concerns in multiple areas of the county. All after school activities are cancelled including grasshopper basketball. Staff is to remain in the buildings until confirmation that students have been delivered home safely.

Preston County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay for tomorrow, Wednesday March 15th. Maintenance, mechanics, & custodians report on a regular schedule, & all other students & staff will report on a 2-hour delay. The principals’ meeting will proceed as scheduled at 8:30 AM.
Preston County Schools will be closed Tuesday, March 14th & today will be a “Brain Freeze” Day. Students do not report; however, staff reports on a 2-hour delay. Bus drivers should contact the bus garage for any requirements. Sub personnel is not to report unless they are specifically directed to do so. All schools will be open from 10 AM to 12 PM for students who need help & lunches will be served from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. The guided reading training at Kingwood will occur & participants should report by 9:30 AM. The status of after school activities will be announced later today.
