The filled jar rendered a school-wide reward that consisted of grade level assemblies offering informative sessions on LIVE ANIMALS with the Barn Hill Preserve.

Good morning, and welcome back, KES Families! This is just a friendly reminder that, when dropping off your children in the mornings, you please refrain from entering the main parking lot unless it is AFTER 7:35AM. Please, park at the funeral home or the Fireman’s Field. You may also use the drop-off lane in front of the crosswalk on Price Street. For everyone’s safety, use designated crosswalks and sidewalks.
The well-being of our students and families is our priority. With buses and other traffic in addition to slippery conditions, it is dangerous to have sporadic crowds of people or vehicles.

Congratulations to Kingwood Elementary’s very own Debbie Zigray and Mykayla Mauldin for being selected as 1st and 2nd Place Readers Choice Winners in the Preston County Journal’s 2023 schoolteacher category!
