Our school beautification project is gaining momentum, and we are thrilled to announce that painting of the interior walls in our main hallways and cafeteria will soon be underway!
This project is possible thanks to the incredible generosity of March-Westin and Valspar, who donated paint needed to help transform our school. We are also grateful for our partnership with Kingwood Community Engagement, whose Summer Fest Raffle fundraiser will provide painting supplies and additional paint to expand our efforts to include the gymnasium later this year.
Throughout the month of July, we'll be working to give our school a fresh new look that reflects the pride we have in our learning environment. Thank you to our community members, partners, and supporters who continue to invest in our students and our school.
Together, we're making KES shine! ✨

At Kingwood Elementary School, every day is an opportunity to help our students grow not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. That's why our PurposeFULL People character education program is such an important part of who we are!
Through monthly character traits, students learn valuable life skills that help them become positive leaders, caring friends, and responsible members of our school community. Recently, these students were recognized for demonstrating Gratitude and Creativity—and for inspiring others to appreciate and practice these qualities through their actions.
Whether expressing thankfulness, finding innovative solutions, or encouraging those around them, these students have made a positive impact on our school. We are proud of the example they set each day!
Congratulations to our PurposeFULL People honorees! Keep shining your light and making Kingwood Elementary a better place for everyone.
Kingwood Elementary School is proud to recognize our students who achieved Perfect Attendance for the entire school year! This accomplishment reflects tremendous commitment, responsibility, and dedication to learning each and every day.

A special thank you goes to our families for their partnership and support. Your commitment to ensuring students arrive on time and ready to learn each day plays a vital role in their success.
In addition to those pictured,we also had a PreK student, Xavier Gardner, who achieved this status! Congratulations to our Perfect Attendance recipients! Keep up the great work—we are proud of you!

Let's keep reading all summer long. It's like a vacation for the mind, but you don't have to pack a bag, and you don't need gas money, or snacks...well, maybe still snacks.

Join us in supporting school beautification efforts through our Basket Raffle Fundraiser! All proceeds will go toward interior painting supplies and other projects that help keep our school looking its best for students, staff, and families.
