Boys basketball will have a mandatory parent meeting tomorrow, Monday, at 6:00pm in the cafeteria. Practice will then be from 6:30-8:00pm.
Mrs. Vrabel’s 4th grade class wrote Veteran’s Day poetry and held a poetry recital for Veteran’s Day honorees invited by students in her class.
Sergeant Clark stopped by Mrs. Clark’s classroom today to read to some of our kids and tell them about serving our country.

Mrs. Short’s PK kids took time to honor their favorite veteran today, our custodian Larry Humberson. We also want to recognize our other staff who are veterans: Scott Collins, Vicki Nieman, and Roxanne Smith.
Join us for Family Fitness Night on Wednesday, November 16th from 5-7pm. There will be activities for all ages from yoga, jump rope, golf, and more.
We want to welcome area veterans to our Veterans Day Program tomorrow. The program begins at 9:00 in the gym and veterans are welcome to join us for our Veterans Breakfast in the cafeteria at 8:00. We are asking all our guests to not arrive until after 7:45 so as to not get caught in parent drop-off. Parking for veterans will be available in the staff parking lots and students will be there to greet and guide guests.
Academic Boosters will meet tomorrow, Wednesday, at 6:00 in the cafeteria. All are welcome to attend.

Middle school girls basketball will practice this Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:00-6:30. They will practice on Friday from 11:00-12:30. Middle school boys basketball will practice Tuesday from 6:30-7:30 and tryouts will be Thursday from 6:30-8:00.

Thursday, November 10th at 9:00am is our annual Veterans Day program. We want to welcome all veterans to the program and to our veterans breakfast at 8:00am. We hope to welcome all our community veterans.
Bus 55, Shelley Reckart, in the Bruceton Area has been cancelled for Wednesday, November 2, 2022.
Our veterans wall is going up! If you have a veteran you would like added to the wall, please email a picture to hwalls@k12.wv.us. You can also send a physical picture to school with your child, just know that we can’t return them.
