Our annual Veterans Day program is set for Thursday, November 9th. The program begins at 9am in the gymnasium and the Veterans Breakfast is at 8am in the cafeteria. Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate veterans, our student body, and staff. RSVP forms went home with all students. If your child, grandchild, etc. didn't receive one, or if you don't have one in school, feel free to call the school at 304-379-2593 to RSVP.

Just a reminder that for tomorrow's costume day, all costumes must be school-appropriate. Kids cannot have masks covering their faces and costumes cannot have props that could be considered weapons or dangerous.

This week the Mobile Agriculture Lab is on-site for our kids to try out experiments and do activities related to the importance of farming, agriculture, and life sciences. A few announcements for this week: This week is Spooky Spirit Week. You can find the theme day schedule on our school Facebook. The book fair will be held this week in the library. Parents can use the e-wallet feature to handle any purchases for their child so you don't have to send money. Classes will be visiting the lab for experiments and activities. Just FYI: having the lab will reduce the amount of parking in the main office parking lot. Report cards will be distributed on Tuesday and Parent-Teacher Conferences and Parent Resource Fair are set for November 7th from 4-6pm.

Some more pumpkin math! This time from Ms. Casto's class. The students explored the parts of a pumpkin, got to feel inside, and count all the seeds. Ms. Kim’s pumpkin won with the most seeds by having 755 seeds total!
