
Middle School Boys Basketball will practice immediately after school instead of at 6:30 for today, Tuesday, December 13th.

Don't forget that tomorrow is the last day to donate to our Student Council Food Drive. Kids need to drop off donations to their homeroom teacher tomorrow morning. All collected food will be given to the Bruceton Mills Food Pantry.

Our student council food drive wraps up this week. Donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted through Wednesday morning. Everything collected will be donated to the Bruceton food pantry. Thank you to everyone for their help and support.

Bruceton Academic Boosters will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, December 13th, at 6:00 in the cafeteria. All are welcome to attend.

Join us for our Winter Fine Arts Festival on Thursday, December 15th. There's a make-and-take ornament workshop for kids and parents beginning at 5:00. At 6:30, the Bruceton Band and Choir will perform.


WVU is hosting Youth Sports Day on Saturday, December 10th with discounted tickets for that evening's men's game against the UAB Blazers. There will be an informational meeting for all 7th grade girls who would like to tryout for junior princess, as well as 11th grade girls who would like to try-out for senior princess, and 11th grade boys who would like to be an escort or a king candidate for the 81st Buckwheat Festival. These meetings will take place on Monday, December 5th, Tuesday, December 6th and Wednesday December 7th, at 6:30 in the Mill Room of the KFVD Community Building. You must attend one of these meetings with a parent or guardian in order to try-out for junior princess, senior princess, escort or king candidate this year.

There will be an orientation session for anyone interested in volunteering at the school on Tuesday, December 6th at 3:00 in the computer lab.

This Wednesday through Friday is our Booster's annual Santa Shop. We wanted to let parents know that items at the shop typically range between $1 and $5. The most expensive items are $10 or less. Thank you to the Academic Boosters for providing this for our kids.
