I am truly fortunate to be joining Bruceton School as the newest 5th grade teacher, and I am excited for this opportunity to be in the classroom with your children. The Preston County School District has set high standards in learning, conduct, and personal growth. My goal is to maintain those standards in and out the classroom as I endeavor to help your children prepare for the challenges of middle school, and to help them be the best young people they can be. When I’m not teaching, I can be found at home with my wonderful wife, my three daughters (twin 15-year-olds Scarlet and Madeleine, and 8 year old Henrietta), our puppy Daisy, and our 3 & 7/8ths cats. I am an avid reader who loves to collect books. I
also enjoy traveling, Dungeons & Dragons, and writing in my spare time. Please feel free to contact me by email at kevin.mccloskey@k12.wv.us or through Schoology if you have any questions or concerns.
