
Aurora School Testing Incentive Program winners for the Fall 2023 are: Eloise Delauder, Ember Hovatter, Callie Thall, Findley Adams, Violet Sisler, Miles Delauder, Ava Waters, Daniel Holland, Peyton Shaffer, and the grand prize winner of a gift certificate donated by Melanie's Restaurant - Ben Downey! These students demonstrated outstanding testing behaviors and motivation during the most recent iReady diagnostic test. We are so proud of all of our students! Keep up the good work!

The Preston Squires Middle School Wrestling Team will have its first practice on November 6, 2023, at Preston High School right after school. All Preston County Middle School Students Grades 6-8 are welcome to participate. Transportation has been coordinated from all Preston County Middle Schools to Preston High for student athletes who wish to participate. The bus schedule will be posted on the Squires Wrestling Facebook Page or contact your school administrator. Tomorrow, October 31st, JoAnn Snoderly from the WVDEP Youth Environmental Program will be here in the afternoon to do hands-on science lessons with our students. The lessons will vary depending on age, but all students will be learning about watersheds, the components and functions of a watershed, types of water pollution, and recognizing that we all play a part in water pollution but can also play a part in making our watersheds cleaner.
