The first cross country practice will be held on August 1 at 4:30 at South Preston. This is open to all students in grades 5:30 to 7:30. A current sports physical is required. You will also need water, comfortable running clothes and shoes. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Jana Wolfe at 304-669-7124. This is a great sport for anyone, and a great way to help stay in shape for other sports especially if anyone plans to play basketball this is a great way to get conditioning done early.

Preston County Schools is accepting Virtual Learning Applications from July 25, 2022 thru August 12, 2022 for grades 6-12.
You can download the fillable application form and save it to your computer and then attach that application in an email to Dani Kelley. Her email address is drkelley@k12.wv.us. The team will meet and will reach out to you with their decision. Virtual School will begin on August 15, 2022.

Preston County Schools announce their sponsorship of the federally funded Summer Food Service Program. Free Breakfast and Lunch is open to all children, ages 18 years and under, who would like to participate. These meals must be consumed onsite at the designated location and time. We will be available on Thursday and Friday of this week from 9:00-2:00. We will be here Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week (June 6-8) from 9:00 to 2:00. PCS will be dismissing 2 Hours Early on our last day of school, May 26th.
Devices can be turned in at Preston High in rooms 309/310. At all other schools drop off in the main office.
On Wednesday, May 25, from 4:00 to 6:00, Souths Kick-Off to Summer Reading will be held. Students will receive books for the summer. Other information will be available at the event.
Forensics Stem Camp - July 11-14, 2002, at Central Preston Middle School.
Open to all CURRENT students in 6th and 7th Grade. Breakfast, lunch, and transportation will be provided. APPLICATIONS need to be picked up from a classroom teacher.
