The Preston High A.C.E.S. (Applied Career Experiential Support) has started back to work. If you see these students, give them a high five for a job well done. If you didn't know, PHS has started a job coaching program, and it's getting bigger and better every year. Students are going to Shop N' Save, Tractor Supply, Camp Dawson and the Preston County Animal Shelter every week this year. While in this program, students will be earning their food handler's card, OSHA 5 certification and working on getting their driver's license.
This is a fairly new program and we appreciate the support of our community.
