The DEADLINE to return the OPT OUT form to the guidance office is this Friday, October 6, 2023. Section 9528 of the NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND ACT of 2001 requires schools to release individual information to military recruiters UNLESS the student and/or the parent "Opt Out" in writing.
