Student Accounts Disabled

PHS Student Accounts were "disabled"  over the weekend who have not had a 23/24 ONLINE STUDENT INFO FORM submitted on their behalf for this school year. This online form has essential information the school needs in the case of an emergency (contact numbers, family names, etc...). This online form also has questions from Preston County's Authorized Use Policy (AUP) regarding student use of technology. These questions must also be answered as well.

Once this form has been properly filled out and submitted... Student accounts will be reactivated. Below are the steps needed to reactivate accounts.
