Notice to Coaches:

Preston High will be hosting three high school cross country meets (Knight Night Relays, The Mountaintop Combo, and Region I-AAA Regionals and two middle school meets (Knight Night Relays and Preston County Middle School Championships) during the 2011 season. To register / sign-up for the Knight Night Relays (Official Entry Form) or the Mountaintop Combo (Official Entry Form), click on the respective entry form. By entering the Knight Night Relays or the Mountaintop Combo via this online form, your team is obligated to attend. Failure to attend this event will result in the loss of entry fees and future invitations to meets held at Preston High.

We will be using Hy-Tek Meet Manager exclusively for our meets. There will be two ways to send us your rosters; www.athletic.net or Team Manager Lite.

Team Manager Lite
To download Team Manager Lite to enter your athletes, please click the link below. Complete instructions are also available by clicking the link below. You can download the meet information (Coaches Letter) and Event Files for each meet by clicking the links in the box under each meet. Once you have downloaded Team Manger Lite and imported the event file, you then can enter your athletes. Enter athletes in both the Varsity and JV races unless you know for sure that they will be in one race or the other. This will enable us to keep to the schedule, and make it easier on you to keep from having to make scratches and last minute changes.
