Kathy McNeill - President

Kathy McNeill graduated from West Virginia University in 1977 with a bachelors of Science degree in pharmacy. She attended West Virginal Institute of Technology for her pre-pharmacy classes.

Kathy McNeill is the owner and pharmacist in charge of Valley Pharmacy located in Reedsville. The pharmacy recently celebrated its thirty first anniversary of serving the community. Mrs. McNeill is also a clinical adjunct professor for the West Virginia School of Pharmacy.

Mrs. McNeill is currently vice president of the Preston Memorial Hospital board. She was past president from 1998-2008. She is also on the Preston Memorial Hospital Foundation Board, the Preston County Board of Health and a member of the Preston County Chamber of Commerce.

In 1998 was the Preston County Chamber of Commerce Professional of the Year. She is also a member of RHO CHI, a pharmacy honorary society.

She is currently president of the Preston County Board of Education with her term expiring in June 2012. She was a previous member of the board from 1994-1998 and served as vice president for 1996-1998.

Mrs. McNeill is married to Dr. David McNeill, a dentist in Reedsville. Their daughter , Jolinda, is completing a degree in biochemistry and cell biology. She plans to attend pharmacy school in the fall of 2011.

Robert "Mac" McCrum - Vice President

Mr. McCrum is a court appointed special advocate for children who are in the legal system because of physical or sexual abuse. He has also been a teacher, assistant Principal and Principal in Preston County and currently substitutes in Monongalia County. He served in the US Army from 1969-1973. He has been on the board since _______ and his current term expires in 2014.

Clinton Guy Cox

Mr. Cox is a retired Educator. Prior to his retirement he was a Biology Teacher in Preston and Kanawha Counties. Mr. Cox is a graduate of Fairmont State College and attended the University of Louisville and West Virginia University. He has been a member of the Preston County Board of Education since 2000. His current term expires in 2012.

Jason Hershman

Mr. Hershman is the Secretary, Treasurer and Business Manager for Laborer’s Local Union 379 in Morgantown. Mr. Hershman is a graduate of Preston County High School in 1991. He has been a board member since 2010. His current term expires in 2014.

Tony Talerico

Mr. Talerico is a retired electronics teacher at Northern Garrett High School. Mr. Talerico is a graduate of Fordson High School in Dearborn, Michigan and has two years of electronics and advanced Electricians training with the US Navy. He holds vocational certifications in both West Virginia and Maryland. He was elected to the Preston County Board of Education in 2010 and his term expires in 2014.
